  • Arugambay welcomes visitors with its resort-town charm, friendly locals, and refreshing king coconut drinks. Surfboards are a common sight as tourists and locals head to wave hotspots. Arugambay Point is famous for its thrilling waves, attracting skilled surfers who perform impressive maneuvers, while beginners can start at Whisky Point in Pottuvil with its gentler waves.
  • Peanut Farm Point offers a rustic beach setting with swings and the possibility of elephant sightings. Pottuvil Point features challenging waves for experienced surfers, while Crocodile Rock and Panama Point provide additional surfing opportunities. The lesser-known Panagala Point, or Secret Point, offers a unique drive through rural landscapes.
